moShine were asked to bring together a combination of skills to update, enhance and better sell their promotional video. This was to be created for a trade delegation to Japan but still accessible for further use in domestic and other markets.
moShine worked with the client to establish a length and structure to the film. We then compiled all available footage, interviews, facts and figures to storyboard into a previewable structure. Initially we edited the footage into a narrative order. We then intercut in relevant, simple and stylish motion graphics to emphasise the cutting edge nature of the client’s work and to brand the video in a cohesive manner. We brought the footage in line with the style of the motion graphics by using panelled editing and colour grading.
We then worked with our in house composer to create a bespoke soundtrack that reflected the technical and cutting edge nature of the client.
Finally we designed and duplicated packaging for the DVDs that reflected the professional look of the video itself.
